Instructions: Pour 4-6 cups of boiling water into the yoni steam seat and add one herb bag into the boiling water. (May insert herb bag for less clean up, or pour herbs directly into seat). Allow herbs to steam for at least a minute. Sit on yoni steam seat and use a towel to wrap around waist to keep steam in. Remain on seat for 15-20 minutes. Use 1-2 times per week.
Caution: Do not over fill the steam seat. Do not sit on steam seat immediately after pouring boiling water in order to avoid scolding.
